I had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Burlington Chevrolet. Bobby was very helpful every step of the way. I got there a little later and by the time we were finished it was past closing time. I appreciated them staying later and not trying to run me off, unfortunately that happened at another dealership years ago. This was the best experience i've ever had at any car dealer. From the minute I walked in the door and met Brian Smith, until I left with my new vehicle, he made everything easy, convenient and zero pressure. He was very knowledgeable, extremely patient of my lack of technology lol, and it felt like talking to a friend, not a salesperson. He was very helpful, explained everything in detail and has followed up with me several times since my purchase. They gave me the best price that I received since I started searching and I came away with a fully loaded vehicle, at an incredible price which I was not able to find elsewhere. Their showroom is very nice, waiting area for customers is very accommodating. W hile I was there I noticed that all their sales and service people were giving the same experience to their customers. Brian is a lovely man, I could not have imagined a better salesperson and the experience with him has made me a customer for life.
